With an increasing number of Junior drivers now members of Dukeries MC, we want to encourage their continued participation in the sport. On that basis we have taken the initiative and launched our own Junior Driver Club Championship for 2023.
With the blessing of the Formula 1000 club, the Dukeries Junior Driver club championship calendar uses the events running within the existing F1000 Junior series with best 6 scores across the events to count, but with the 2 local rounds which form part of the main Dukeries Championship as mandatory scores. In addition, there are some bonus scores for junior members who marshal or otherwise help the club run its various stage and targa rallies.
The 2023 Dukeries Junior Champion Driver will be awarded a trophy and a Prize of a Trackday Entry on the 2024 Dukeries Members trackday
More information, and regulations for this championship are available at https://www.dukeries-motorclub.co.uk/junior-championship/
