The YSTRA Targa Rally in 2022 saw an old name from Dukeries history morphing into a Targa road rally. Previously run in the 1980s, the YSTRA was a very competitive road rally running in Derbyshire and was one of a number of road events run by Dukeries MC at that time.

Following a very successful debut targa rally at Grafton Underwood in 2022, the YSTRA returns for 2024, based at a new venue – Blyton Park in Lincolnshire.

The 2024 Rex YSTRA Targa rally will run with 2 permits

Clubman permit single-venue event with 8 tests solely on the smooth asphalt at Blyton Park aimed at novice and streetcar participants who must be members of Dukeries MC. This event is approx 24 miles of tests with no mileage on public highways with no need for road tax and is £120 to enter.

Interclub permit multi-venue event with 10 tests across smooth asphalt at Blyton and a mixture of concrete / airfield type roads elsewhere. The Interclub event will be a round of the 2024 REIS BTRDA Targa Rally Championship and the 2024 Clubman Motorsport EMAMC Road Rally Championship plus the  2024 ANCC Targa Championship. This event is over 40 miles of tests with 114 miles of transport sections on public highways, needs road tax and road insurance and is £180 to enter.

NB – The Rex YSTRA Targa rally is deemed a non spectator event. However we would love to hear from your friends and family who want to marshal at Blyton or at other venues. Please use the marshalling information below for them to volunteer.

Every targa rally requires many Marshals, Timekeepers and Radio Crews. Without their assistance we would not be able to run the event. So, if you are would like to marshal on the event, please offer to help.

We will provide marshals with all necessary information including the time schedule, entry list, test plans, ID badge plus, for those who do not already have one, a memento to celebrate 70 years of Dukeries Motor Club.
