The Ystra Targa Rally will see an old name from Dukeries history morphing into a Targa road rally for 2022. Last run in the 1980s, the Ystra was a very competitive road rally running in Derbyshire and was one of a number of events run by Dukeries MC at that time.
The 2022 Ystra Targa rally will take place on July 31st at Grafton Underwood and will be a single venue Targa rally for 2022 as our first running of the event.
Event regulations have now been published on the official event website at https://www.dukeries-motorclub.co.uk/2022-ystra-targa/ and entries will open on Thursday 23rd June at 7pm. The entry fee will be £150 and the event will feature 31 miles of tests across a mixture of concrete, gravel and asphalt roads all contained on a single venue.
There will be 2 permits for the targa rally – a clubman permit and an interclub permit. The interclub permitted event is part of the 2022 Clubman Motorsport EMAMC Road Rally Championship and the 2022 Mr Tyre Motorsport BTRDA Targa Road Rally Championship.
