Congratualtions to Tom Walster on his excellent result on the Bulldog International Rally, the first round of the 2009 British Rally Championship. Tom along with experienced co-driver Tim Sturla finished 9th overall and first 2 wheel drive car in his Renault Clio, beating many of the more powerful 4 wheel drive cars over the 80+ miles of Welsh forest stages. As a result they lead the BRC class R3.
Tom is planning to do all of the BRC this year plus also have a go at the West European Trophy which is a European Asphalt Championship with a one make category especially for Renault Clios. It will be contested over six events to be held in Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and France.
